In 2018, CapStar Electric was chosen to serve as the electrical contractor on this 35,298 square foot, ground-up, fully finished office building by one of our repeat clients. This project has a very large and diverse light fixture package with a large amount of lighting controls throughout the entire property. This project consisted of 41 different types of custom light fixtures, a 1,000 amp service with a large assortment of downstream electrical equipment. CapStar Electric completed this project for another repeat client.
